Sweden’s national airline SAS Scandinavian Airlines System offer flights from a number of British airports to destinations in Sweden. Flights start at around £50 economy class one way. There are a number of other operators offering services to the country, including: Air Canada, Air France, Aeroflot, British Airways, Finnair, Lufthansa and Ryanair. Flights from London to Stockholm take approximately two hours and thirty minutes, and Stockholm’s international airport offers everything that would be expected including bus, train coach and taxi services into the city – some operating 24 hours a day. Also offered is car hire, restaurants, bars, shops and a bureau de change. The same kind of facilities are to be expected of Sweden’s other international airports, including the ones in Gothenburg and Malmo.
